Food Allergy Notice
While our suppliers make every effort to ensure that only the ingredients shown are included in your gifts, it is very likely that your gift ingredients may have been processed using equipment that has traces of a variety of nut, fruit, grain or dairy products. If the recipient or others that might consume the gifts are highly allergic to common food products---for their safety we require that you order one of our non-food gifts.

Shipping Terms and Conditions
Most orders received by 1 p.m. EST Monday through Friday are shipped the same day. Orders received after 1 p.m. EST are shipped the next business day. During holiday periods allow an extra day for shipping. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not counted when calculating the number days in transit. Depending upon the destination, UPS does not guarantee specific arrival dates for ground service. For guaranteed arrival dates select Second Day.
Shipping Rates and Policy
We ship 99.9% of all orders the same day if received by our cut-off time. These times do not include weekends or holidays.
Xpress Saver Shipping - If you order before the shipping cutoff and request delivery within the continental United States, your item should arrive within 2 - 3 business days.
Freight Saver - If you order before the shipping cutoff and request delivery within the continental United States, your item should arrive within 3-5 business days.
Returns
You must contact D & G Gift Baskets within 3 business days for all returns. All claims must be issued in writing by email customerservice@dandggiftbaskets.com or fax 866-711-5995. Return shipping is the responsibility of the recipient or buyer.
We hope your purchase is satisfactory. But in the event you should need to return an item or you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a prompt exchange or refund within 7 business days. All merchandise must be returned with the original box and packaging materials. Shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt and must be returned with original packaging. We will issue an exchange or full refund for damaged items. We will allow you 7 days to return the product at your own expense. A refund is the actual cost of the product.
A return credit will be issued within 15 - 30 days of the return to the credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase. For Returns from deliveries that are refused for any reason other than errors clearly attributed to D & G Gift Baskets, there will be a $20.00 minimum charge per order deducted from the refund credit to be issued to Customer.
Incorrect Order Records:
If the apartment/suite number is not included or a bad postal code is provided and reshipping is required, there will be a reshipping charge equal to and in addition to the original shipping charge added to the Customer's credit card. There will be a $20 restocking fee for all packages returned to the D & G Gift Baskets' Returns Center because of a bad address supplied by Customer.
Substitutions
Due to the heat in the summer months, some chocolates and other heat sensitive ingredients will be replaced by more hearty selections. If we decide to substitute an ingredient we will always try to replace it with one similiar in nature that has an equal or higher value.
Hospital Deliveries
We do not guarantee hospital deliveries. These deliveries normally go to a mail room and then forwarded on to the patient. No refunds will be given if patient cannot be found or checks out. Hospital deliveries are not recommended.
Business Deliveries
Please let someone know or the recipient know to expect the delivery. At times packages are taken to a mail room or receiving department. We will not take responsibility for the business being closed or the recipient being unavailable.
